6. Content Disclaimer

The App contains sarcastic, humorous, and "honest" commentary on the weather. This content is intended for entertainment. It is not intended to be offensive, but user discretion is advised as the humor can be blunt.

7. Purchases

Honest Weather is a paid application (one-time purchase).

  • Billing: Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple's App Store according to their policies. we do not directly issue refunds.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Honest Weather are owned by Mihai Daniel Cojocaru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
